A distributed lighting fast maritime anomaly detection service presented at OCEANS19

OCEANS is the bi-annual event for global marine technologists, engineers, students, government officials, lawyers, and advocates. These industry thought leaders gather for four days to highlight relevant topics and current trends, while creating a community of learners and influencers who consistently advance research, practices, and policies for the marine field.

Marinetraffic representatives attended the OCEANS19 conference from 17 to 20 June 2019 in Marseille. Their latest work titled “A distributed lighting fast maritime anomaly detection service” was presented to conference during the poster session. This work emphasises on the system architecture and methodology of the maritime security and anomaly detection service that was built in the context of BigDataOcean project.
